ポーターのキャブオーバー型トラックのバリエーションとして登場。エンジンをシャンテに搭載していた水冷直列2気筒2ストロークに換装。外装色が黄色からライトグリーンになり、また丸型リアランプの形式がブレーキ・ウインカー兼用の赤一色から赤・橙の上下分割コンビネーションテールに変更され、以降、この形式が最終モデルまで採用された。このモデルから3方開きが追加される。

It appeared as a variation of Porter's cab over truck. It was converted to a water-cooled in-line 2-cylinder 2-stroke engine that was mounted on the Shante. The exterior color changed from yellow to light green, and the form of the round rear lamp was changed from red one color for dual use as a brake / blinker to upper and lower division combination tail for red and orange, and this form was adopted from the last model until that. Three-way opening is added from this model.
