初代モデルが1970年に「カローラ」と「コロナ」の間を埋める車種として登場したトヨタのミディアムクラス「カリーナ」は、1977年8月に初のフルモデルチェンジを実施し2代目となりました。基本的にキープコンセプトながらも先代より直線的なスタイリングに変貌すると共に、順次昭和53年排出ガス規制に適合、同時にパワーアップも図られました。衝撃吸収ウレタンバンバーがオプション設定されていた。

TOYOTA CARINA second generation 1977 - 1981
