スズキ・イグニス

​

ラテン語で「炎」を意味する「イグニス」の名称は、かつてスイフトの初代モデルの欧州仕様車に用いられていた（これは当時、2代目カルタスが日本国外で「スイフト」の名称で販売されていたことによるものである）。その後、スイフトが2代目にモデルチェンジした際、日本国外でも「スイフト」に名称を統一したために一旦消滅となった「イグニス」の名称を今回再び起用するものである。
