通称「ケンメリ」4代目スカイライン（C110型）の2ドアハードトップ2000GTをベースに1973年1月から4月の3か月のみで、累計生産台数はわずか197台。幻のGT-Rとよばれる由縁である。4ドアセダンはヨンメリと呼ばれる事もあるが、これは、「4（ヨン）枚（ドア）のケンメリ」の略である。
