デザインコンセプトには、Be-1やPAOを手がけた坂井直樹率いるウォータースタジオが関わっているが、公式には発表されていない。

そのため、限定生産ではなくベース車も違うが、パイクカーシリーズの流れを汲んだ商品企画であった。
