MITSUBISHI MIRAGE 1978-1983

エンジンは、横置きのSOHC・直列4気筒のガソリンエンジンのみで、排気量は1,200cc（オリオン・G11B） と1,400cc（オリオン・G12B）で、後に1,600cc（サターン80・G32B）が追加された。また、初代のみの特徴としてチルトボンネットを採用している。マニュアルトランスミッションは、スーパーシフトと呼ばれる2速の副変速機を持つことが特徴であり、主変速機と合わせ、4×2速の8速として使用できた。

The engine was only a horizontally placed SOHC inline four-cylinder gasoline engine, the displacement was 1,200 cc (Orion · G 11 B) and 1,400 cc (Orion · G 12 B), followed by 1,600 cc (Saturn 80 · G 32 B) . Moreover, it adopts the tilt hood as a feature only of the first generation. The manual transmission is characterized by having a 2nd speed sub transmission called a super shift, and it can be used as 8th gear of 4 × 2 speed together with the main transmission.
